SYSTEMA COMBAT SEMINAR

I'll be sharing my knowledge of Russian Combat on the 19th Oct. In this seminar we will be looking at the essential concepts of Systema.

• Unique breathwork to overcome fear of contact

• Exercises to improve health and mobility

• Systemic movement; Escapes from holds and grabs

• Locks, choke and control attackers

• Striking and takedowns

Systema is an 'operating system' the concepts can be applied to other martial arts; However prior experience is not required. All level and previous backgrounds are welcome to attend. Ages 15 and over only.
